Educational:
The
Parrot Habitat
The
Parrot Habitat is a walk-in aviary filled with English Budgies
- small parrots that can be hand-fed by your students. Groups
of up to ten students at a time are given an introductory talk
by our staff prior to entering the exhibit and each student
receives a small cup of bird seed. Upon entering the exhibit,
students hold out their seed cups encouraging the budgies to
come to them and feed from their cups.
The
Parrot Habitat is a great learning experience for children,
giving them an opportunity to have an up-close and personal
encounter with these beautiful birds. The Parrot Habitat is
recommended for students in grades K through 6. This activity
must be reserved in advance and is able to accommodate up to
30 students per half hour.
Gemstone
Mining Adventure
Panning for gemstones is a great activity for students of all
ages. Gemstone Mining Adventure gives students the opportunity
to actually pan for gemstones. Each student’s gemstones
will be different — with rocks and minerals of varying
sizes and shapes — giving every student their very own
collection to take home. At our giant sluiceway they sift through
their mining rough under a stream of running water revealing
a treasure trove of gemstones — including geodes, pyrite,
quartz, jasper and onyx.

student also receives a collection bag and a picture card that
illustrates all of the stones that may be discovered, along
with a description of each of the gemstones, what minerals they
contain and where in the world they are found. Gemstone Mining

In
addition to great educational experiences, JEEPERS! is filled
with fun adventures that your students can enjoy during their
visit.
RIDES
Your
students can enjoy the thrill of real amusement park rides
- all indoors - during their field trip to JEEPERS!. Our rides
include:
- El-Paso
Train, especially for the younger children 36 inches and taller.
- Banana
Squadron Jet Abouts, an open-cockpit airplane ride especially
for younger children 36 inches and taller
- Bumper
Cars - a classic amusement park ride for children 42 inches
and taller.
- Yak Attack
- a tilt-a-whirl ride for children 36 inches and taller.
All of
our rides are licensed by the State of New Jersey and operated
by trained staff.
GAMES
Your
students can also play more than 70 games in JEEPERS!. These
include skill games, racing games and video games. All of
the games in JEEPERS are non-violent and designed for children
ages 2-12. Note: Certain high-payout redemption games are
excluded.
SOFT
PLAY
JEEPERS!
also has a giant "Jeepers Creepers" soft play area
for children up to age 10. In Jeepers Creepers kids can crawl
though tunnels, slide down giant slides, and have a great
time in a safe playground designed especially for young children.

A minimum group size of 15 students is required. One free teacher/chaperone
pass is provided for every 10 paid students. Additional teachers/chaperones
